Our Story

Our story is a love story through and through.  Sam and I got through 3.5 decades of life before finding each other.  Our first date was a walk-on-the-beach turned lunch, a surf, and dinner… We’ve been attached at the hip ever since.  A testament to waiting until you find “the one,” we love sharing our story and coaching our followers to find happiness, self-love, and create their love stories as well.  

Our shared values are a deep passion for experiencing new cultures + places, food… all the food, living a health + fitness centric lifestyle, creating music + embracing creativity, adventure and experiencing everything the outdoors has to offer, and family. Part of the healthy lifestyle that we focus on is optimism and having a positive perspective to combat stress and embrace self-worth. More on that later! 

Colin is an athlete and creative. He has spent the last 20 years wearing several different professional hats as a stunt-man and body double for A-listers, a content creator, and lifestyle, fitness, and fashion influencer for too many brands to count, and a community marketing manager + expert, specializing in business development, special events, corporate sales, and brand partnerships.  Sam is a Brand Marketing Consultant, specializing in partnerships, video and photo production, storytelling, campaign creation… or as she describes it: “A branding-jack-of-all-trades that can handle everything from ideation to strategy to execution (…and beyond!).”

When push comes to shove, we’re a solid content-creating duo that thinks strategically putting our brand-partners and their stories first (always), plans ahead, and loves every second of it!
