HOKA

HOKA

HOKA. Oh man, there are not enough words in the dictionary to describe, or even scratch the surface, for how much I love this brand. HOKA has been with me through some of the most difficult physical challenges of my life. From daily training, to hiking in Montana, to my first 100 mile Ultramarathon, Hoka came with me every step of the way. #flyhumanfly

Here are a handful of my all-time-favorite Hoka Collaborations to date:

Daytona 200 Ultra, Daytona FL, 2022  |

I used the BondiX, Mach 5, and the Carbon X3 to complete my Ultra. I started with the BondiX for the added support + cushion, then swapped them out for the Mach 5’s around mile 50, and then I finished my race in the Carbon X3’s because they’re the lightest shoe and the carbon plate gave me more bounce per step when my feet + legs were smoked.

Ironman Panama City, FL, 2022  |

I completed my first Ironman, equipped with Hoka. I used the Carbon X2, Carbon X2 and the Mach 5 during my training runs. On event day, I wore the Carbon X3.

There were too many training highlights to post, but here are a couple:

The Edisto Triathlon Training | The Edisto was my first race event for a few years, and it felt so good to get back in the mix. Edisto Island is a gorgeous, small town just south of Charleston that hosts a 1/2 Tri every year.

FitOps Movement for Mental Health Training + Giveaway | M2H was a charity event that brought awareness to Veteran Suicide. HOKA supported me and my team in training for and running 22 miles for the 22 Veterans who commit suicide every day in America.
